Palisade has the state’s greatest concentration of wineries and vineyards. Enjoy sampling award-winning wines when you leave the driving to someone else. We have several touring companies to choose from.

"You Pick It Farms"

Palisade is the Peach Capitol of Colorado. We also have “You-Pick-It” farms, lavender fields, fresh local honey and agri-tours that are open to the public. It’s a great way to spend the day in the sun.

It’s short drive to the Colorado River which has great access to floating and rafting. Western Anglers in Grand Junction can give you insight to the best fishing spots on the river as well.

Hiking, biking, Jeep and ATV trails can be found everywhere in Mesa County!

Visit the Wild Horse Range – Cameo exit (winter), Debeque (summer) or enjoy trail horseback riding.

Several golf courses at nearby Grand Junction; the Bookcliff Country Club, The Golf Club at Redlands Mesa, the Tiara Rado Golf Course among others.

Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on the Grand Mesa – the Nordic Council packs and tracks and enjoy downhill skiing at Powderhorn Ski Resort (40 min drive).
