Q: Will our room have a private bath?
A: Yes all suites have private baths.
Q: Will there be a TV, Telephone or Wi-Fi in my room?
A: We do not provide phones or TVs in our rooms. Most people have personal cell phones, and we provide 2 public TVs and DVD players in our living areas. We do provide free Wi-Fi throughout the Inn
Q: Do your rooms have air conditioning?
A: Yes, all rooms will be quite comfortable in summer and winter.
Q: When is breakfast served?
A: We serve a plated breakfast at 8:30. If you notify us that you need to leave earlier, we can have a continental breakfast ready for you in the dining room.
Q: Can we have breakfast in our room?
A: Yes, our special delivery breakfast service is a truly romantic and decadent treat. There is a fee for this service.
Q: What kind of breakfast do you serve?
A: We offer well-rounded and thought-out gourmet breakfasts at Dancing Moon Bed & Breakfast, using seasonal fruits and will include an egg, meat and bread.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Unfortunately not at this time. We can only accommodate service dogs as per ADA law and guidelines. However plans are in the works for an animal run so your furry friends may enjoy your vacation with you.
Q: Do you have private parking?
A: Yes, we provide free parking on the property driveway.
Q: What time is Check in? Check out?
A: Check in begins at 4 pm to 6 pm. (Please call a day ahead to make arrangements for early or late arrivals.) Check out is at 11 am.
Q: Do you allow children?
A: Yes, we do allow children 12 and older. Dancing Moon Bed & Breakfast is by no means child proof, and we are not equipped for toddlers or infants.
Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms available?
A: Dancing Moon Bed & Breakfast is strictly a non-smoking inn; however, we have a dedicated smoking area outside.
Q: Can we invite people onto the property who are not staying at the B&B?
A: Yes, we allow two people per guest. If you need to accomadate more, please make arrangements with us first.
Q: Can I book a room for one night only?
A: Yes, you can book one night, but we would love for you to stay longer. Just be aware that there could be restrictions on certain dates.
Q: Do you collect a deposit when I make my reservation?
A: If you book one night, we would collect the cost of the room for the night plus tax. If you book two or more nights, then we collect 50% plus tax of your total stay.
Q: Can I cancel my reservations at any time?
A: Yes, you can cancel at anytime. We understand that life can get the best of us, but there are certain restrictions when cancelling. If you cancel 7 or more days in advance, we will refund your stay less a $35 fee per room. If you cancel 6 days or less, you forfeit your refund or we will gladly work with you to either reschedule another date that’s better for you or issue a Gift Certificate good for up to a year.
Q: Can I book all 4 guest rooms?
A: We would love for you to book all our rooms. Innkeepers live onsite and would still provide breakfast for all. We would require a 50% deposit plus tax and if for any reason you need to cancel, we require 30 days’ notice for a full refund less $140 fee. If your cancellation is less than 30 days, you forfeit your deposit or we will gladly work to reschedule another date that’s better for you.
Q: Does your Inn have packages available?
A: Yes, our packages are listed on our Packages and Specials page. They do change so be sure to check back often for updated news and specials. Gift certificates are available as well.
